Vancouver, Canada - The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) honoured the recipients of the 2010 Paralympic Order today as the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Winter Games came to a close. This year, the Paralympic Order was given to four people for their commitment to the success of the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games in Vancouver and Whistler.
