With the new IPC Anti-Doping Code being effective from 1 January 2009, and in compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code (WADC), the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) has revised its Registered Testing Pool (RTP), which purpose is to implement an efficient Out-of-Competition Testing programme. The IPC RTP has been expanded and now includes all IPC sports on the Paralympic programme.
