For the first time in the history of the Paralympic Games, the public will be able to take part in an unprecedented and exceptional Opening Ceremony, which will take place outside a stadium as part of grand celebration of Para athletes and their performances. The Paralympic Games will open in the heart of Paris, in and around the largest and most beautiful square of the city: the Place de la Concorde.
