Buffalo, New York in USA will host the 14th edition of the World Para Ice Hockey Championships A-Pool. It will be the fourth time the tournament is held in USA following Salt Lake City (2000), Marlborough (2008) and the same Buffalo ten years ago.
Hosted in conjunction with USA Hockey at LECOM Harborcenter, the tournament will feature three days of group play followed by three days of playoff contests. The top five finishers from the event will earn qualification spots for the Milano-Cortina 2026 Paralympic Winter Games. The bottom three finishers will be forced to compete at the Paralympic Winter Games Qualification Tournament that will take place later in 2025.

The LECOM Harborcenter is the Official Practice Facility of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres. The complex includes two NHL regulation ice rinks on the sixth floor, a full service hotel, bars and restaurants, as well as an off-ice training facility, a 40-seat theater for film study, additional classroom space, and nine locker rooms.
