The IPC internal whistleblowing tool is solely for the purposes of reporting information about ethical, illegal, or otherwise improper practices within the IPC itself as an organisation. The tool has a specified set of categories that can be reported against, as outlined by the German Whistleblowing Law, which relate only to the IPC as an organisation. For example, the tool cannot be used to report on anti-doping, classification or membership matters.
