Music Monday with Brazil’s Yohansson Nascimento

With less than six months to go to the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games we’re off to Brazil for this week’s #MusicMonday.

Paralympic and world champion Yohansson Nascimento likes to listen to music in his downtime - preferring not to listen to music at competitions or during his daily training routine.

“Before the competitions I prefer to talk to my coach and focus on the race” said the 28-year-old sprinter.

“During my workout routine I don’t like listening music either, I rather talk to my training mates or my coach.”
