World Para Powerlifting and Eleiko extend Global Partnership

World Para Powerlifting (WPPO) and Eleiko are proud to announce the renewal of their partnership, with Eleiko as WPPO’s Global Partner through 2028.

Under the new four-year agreement, Eleiko will continue supporting all WPPO Recognised Competitions as an Approved Supplier Tier 1, with exclusive equipment rights at all World Para Powerlifting Championships through the end of 2028.

Since first partnering with WPPO in 2014, Eleiko has played a key role in the sport’s development – engineering sport-specific equipment, supporting local organising committees, and ensuring world-class lifting environments at WPPO Championships and the Paralympic Games.

“Eleiko has been a long-standing partner of World Para Powerlifting, and their high standards, innovative approach, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental to the growth of our competition calendar. We look forward to achieving new milestones together in the years ahead,” Jorge Moreno, Head of World Para Powerlifting, said.

The first major WPPO competition under the renewed agreement with Eleiko – a key step towards Los Angeles 2028 – will be the World Para Powerlifting Championships in Cairo, Egypt from 10-18 October.
