Dutch Para athletes team named for Rio 2016
The team features 12 athletes made up of eight women and four men 20 Jul 2016

The Dutch Paralympic Committee and Dutch Athletics have named 12 track and field athletes to compete at September’s Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.
Made up of eight women and four men, the team features all five athletes who won medals at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, including 200m T44 champion Marlou van Rhijn.
"We are proud of this strong team," said Technical Director Ad Roskam. "With eight medallists at the last World Championships in Doha led by Marlou van Rhijn, we go with high expectations to Rio. This team is a nice mix of experienced athletes and talented rookies.”
The athletics competition in Rio will take place between 9-17 September.

Residents of Brazil can buy 2016 Paralympics tickets directly from the Rio 2016 website.
