With one month to go until the World Championships get underway in Mexico City, here are five swimmers whose social media accounts you shouldn’t miss in the run up to the competition.

Daniel Dias (BRA)

Brazil’s most decorated Paralympian ever enjoys sharing photos of his latest competitions and his everyday life to his more than 50,000 followers on Instagram.

Jessica Long (USA)

Latest news, never before-seen photos and videos of the USA’s multiple-swimming Paralympic gold medallist can be found on her Facebook page.

Sophie Pascoe (NZL)

New Zealand’s swimming legend publishes videos of her training and trips, and news about her favourite rugby team, The Crusaders on her Facebook.

Pin Yip Xiu (SIN)

While she trains hard to win her second World title at Mexico City 2017, the Singaporean finds time to post photos and videos of her training on Facebook, as well as of past competitions she took part in.

Sarai Gascon (ESP)

“Six-time Paralympic medallist, 10-time world medallist, 25-time European medallist,” is how the Spaniard describes herself on her Instagram account, where she usually posts enticing photos for her thousands of followers, as well as pictures from different trips and competitions.
