World Para Alpine Skiing (WPAS) has named Anja Skutelj as its Race Director for the 2018-2019 season.
The race director is the authority representing the sport at the World Cup and the World Championships.
Skutelj's appointment follows a review of the race director position and a more comprehensive and strategic assessment of the role.
She succeeds Alison Bombardier, who had overseen the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons.
WPAS thanks Bombardier for her services, and anticipates she will continue to play an important role in the sport's ongoing evolution.
