·Singapore has claimed six medals at the Paralympic Games: G1-S2-B3.

·Singapore is in joint 84th place on the Summer Games' all-time medal table.

·The NPC has been most successful in swimming, claiming one gold and one silver medal.

·Equestrian Laurentia Tan is Singapore's most successful Paralympian in individual events: S1-B3.

·Pin Xiu Yip won Singapore's remaining two medals: gold in the women's 50m backstroke S3 and silver in the women's 50m freestyle S3 (both in 2008).

·Singapore won its first medals at the Paralympic Games in Beijing.

·In 2012, only Tan claimed medals as she bagged silver in dressage individual freestyle grade la open and bronze in individual championship test grade la open.
