Get to Know: the Design and Symbolism

Designed by American artist Trevor Irvin, Blaze is not only a symbol of renewal, perseverance and determination, but also carries a lot of significance for Atlanta as the phoenix is a symbol of the city.

His presence left a lasting impact - Blaze is still used on Georgia licence plates. He is one of the most recognisable symbols of Para sport in the USA.
